Post an increase in churn to 1.6 per cent (monthly) in Q3, the stock has fallen to 1.1 per cent for the month of January. The management highlighted it has taken measures to control subscribers in pre-churn (inactive for 0-120 days) and expects churn to reduce further in Q1 FY13. The management has reiterated guidance of achieving Rs 155-156 ARPU for Q4, led by price hikes effected in November. Structurally, it believes ARPUs are likely to trend up due to implementation of cable TV digitalisation across the country. Analysts expect 13-15 Maintain Buy.

Revenue momentum in the offshore segment continues to gain strength, with delivery of new assets and reflected in 25 per cent revenue growth in the nine months ending December. Great Eastern Shipping (GESCO) has four vessels on order, which will support growth over the next 18-24 months. Maintain Overweight.
